How does Paul and his team work? Paul is a genuine medium and clairvoyant. He does not use tools or tarot cards within his readings. With a telephone reading you can enjoy a reading in the comfort of your own home. The medium is linking with spirit and working with your voice link and the energies that surround you. The telephone psychic is working 100 per cent with their professional psychic abilities and therefore cannot pick up any clues about you from dress sense, body language or mannerisms etc. A telephone reading is therefore much more likely to be more accurate as no off putting visual factors will effect the reader. How often should I have a reading? That is very much your decision. Clairvoyant readings are very much a form of psychic counselling, which you may chose to take advantage of while you are going through a difficult time in your life. Paul has trained his readers not to allow a client to become too dependant, and if this could be suspected of happening, would either be discouraged from phoning too often, or be guided to the appropriate helpline or professional to take them forwards. As a rough guide I would say, during a difficult time once per week and then say once per month or one every three months thereafter. Paul and his team use both skills in his readings. Clairvoyance translates as Clear Seeing, where mental imagery can be seen in their minds eye, the third eye chakra. Should I ask questions in the reading? Paul and his team are 100 percent professional and will be able to give you an accurate reading, without you giving information away. However, they are working with your voice link, so you would need to say Yes and No etc. If you feel that you would like more clarification or more detail on something, you are welcome to ask as many questions as you wish. A pre booked credit card reading can be cancelled at any time prior to the reading without penalty and a full refund will be given. Once the call has commenced on the credit card line and if you feel that you have not connected with Paul or are dissatisfied with the service in any way within the first five minutes, you can end the call and telephone customer services number 0800 043 1026, we can provide you with a full refund. If the call lasts for 20 minutes or longer and you are still dissatisfied with the service, you will need to put your complaint in writing with as much detail as possible so that it can be investigated properly and where a refund or part refund will be considered .
